My brother & his family moved to Okinawa, Japan last August. Now, after only 6 months of living in Paradise, they have decided to come home at the end of the school year.
While we fully acknowledge that it is none of our business, Nathan & I have been completely perplexed at how they could leave their life of adventure and culture to come back to the states. The exotic food, the great travel, the beautiful beaches, learning a new language, the friendly Japanese people . . . what could compel someone to give this all up?
Well, after watching this video, I think I'm beginning to understand. (Warning: you may not want to watch this with kids around.)
