2 Month Birthday
Month 2 Notables:
- As you can see, she has the best little smile and she favors us with it frequently.
- She is getting stronger, holding her head up and packing quite a wallop with her fist. Unfortunately, she often whacks herself in the face, which then sets her off crying.
- She still doesn't like to sleep in her bed. But I still love snuggling with her at night so we'll just cross that bridge later.
- I was going to post a "typical routine," but then I realized she doesn't really have one. More accurately, our life doesn't really allow her one. Basically, she sleeps in her car seat or sling while we are running around, and she eats when we have a long enough break - often in the car in some random parking lot.
- I still have to carefully avoid eating anything spicy, tomatoey, or caffeinated. They set her screaming about 6 hours later. But she seems to be ok with chocolate now. Rejoice!

She is so cute and getting quite the set of rolls. Good work momma! #5 never has a normal routine/schedule due to the fact that they are in fact #5.
I think it is going to be darling to see her grow in relation to the teddy. I wish I'd thought of that.
FINALLY!! OHHH how I love her!
Oh thank goodness she is tolerating chocolate!! I tried a no-chocolate diet for about 5 days this past week to see if Mariko would sleep better, crossing my fingers the whole time that it wouldn't work. Thankfully it didn't have an affect, she still slept terribly! I couldn't imagine 4 more months without chocolate! :o)
