Valentine's Day 2010

I think these flowers were meant for me, but don't try telling Adana that.

Fortunately, one of our kids' parents actually enjoys celebrating holidays. Nathan made this colorful breakfast for the kids. Pink pancakes and PURPLE eggs. They were supposed to be pink eggs, but he got a little carried away with the dye. Oh yeah, and don't forget the REAL bacon. The kids devoured it, declaring, "This is so much better than Mom's turkey bacon! No offense, Mom." None taken. (However, I totally disagree!)

Those are eggs? I thought they were beef jerky or something...

Hurray for Nathan. I actually made his crepes with strawberries and chocolate syrup for Valentine's. Although I will have to figure out an easier way to turn them without getting blisters on every finger.

My kids wanted to make me breakfast in bed. Of course, that would require them getting up before me! Ha!
That Adana has going to have to meet a strong man!
