Torah - 18 weeks old

Baba & his girls.
Torah will never remember her first trip to the Seattle Children's Museum. But her sisters made sure that she "enjoyed" it every bit as much as they did.

As much as it pains me to include a picture of myself on this blog, I have to remind myself that the main purpose of my Tuesdays with Torah posts are to create a baby book for her someday. And this shot represents an important part of Torah's life these days. Thank goodness for the Hooter Hider, so that she is able to nurse even in the middle of the busy Children's Museum.

This week wasn't all fun and games for her, though. Today was her 4 month well-baby appointment. She is now 13lbs, 2oz and totally, perfectly healthy. And to make sure that she stays healthy . . .

. . . shots. She's such a trooper. A brief cry of protest, then back to her happy sweet self. Jared was at her appointment with me. He thought that he should get the usual "after shots ice cream treat" since he had to watch her endure it. Nice try.
