Torah - 46 weeks old

The last week of summer break was a busy one for Torah.

We went to Wild Waves. This is how she spent most of her day there. I'm sure glad that she got in free.

She also went to the Kitsap County Fair with me & Baba. He was excited to take her on her first carousel ride,

until he was told that he couldn't actually ride; he had to just stand next to the horse. Bah!

Torah thought it was great fun to be up on that pretty horse with Baba . . .

. . . but then it started moving up & down. This is how they spent the rest of the ride. :)

Torah with her cute friend, Nora. Nora came over to play on Adana's first day of school. It was such a blessing! I didn't realize how much Torah would miss having other kids around to play with. Guess it's time to start arranging playdates again.

One of the BEST things about living in the Pacific Northwest is FREE BLACKBERRIES! Every fall, the island is covered with delicious, juicy blackberries.

Torah loved helping me make blackberry pie!
She's such a sweet girl, always so willing to share.

Sheer bliss!
