Global Pandemic?? Bring it on!

This is what I am enjoying for lunch today: some tasty olives, a handful of red ripe cherry tomatoes, and . . . wait for it . . . wait for it . . .

HOMEMADE CHEESE!

Oh yeah. I finally made a batch of my very own cheese. It's not quite perfect yet, but for a first try I think it is pretty dang yummy.

So if there is a worldwide pandemic and all the stores are closed and everyone is whining, "I want pizza. But Crap! There's no cheese!"

I'll say, "Never fear! Cheese Girl is here!"

(Assuming, of course, that the pandemic doesn't affect the supply of milk. Or lemons. Or mesophilic cultures.)

Please give the recipe. I would love a strange little hobby, just like you...my strange little friend.

OK, that is seriously one of the coolest things I've ever heard of people making themselves. Well done you!

Oh, Brooke. My mouth is watering! So I know how to make ceilings and you know how to make cheese--we'll get together if the world falls apart.
