Nathan wanted to see a huge light display for his Christmas experience. Actually, he wanted to see the lights in
Leavenworth, but we just couldn't fit it into our month.

So he had to settle. Luckily, I was able to find this incredible light display at the
Botanical Garden in Bellevue. Since we were already on that side of the water after sledding, we decided to stop by. It was truly awesome!

They didn't just hang lights around the garden, they CREATED a garden out of lights. I wish I could show you all the amazing pictures, but unfortunately most of them are blurry.

And they didn't just create random "flower-like" displays. They actually recreated real plants with accurate shapes and colors. I loved the lilac bushes, and these palm trees were so fun on a crisp winter night.

Nathan snapped a shot of this cute bunny in her carrot patch (on the left) for my mom (her name is Bunni).
The kids declared the lights to be one of their favorite Christmas experiences.

You've got a lot to live up to next year! Awesome. You know how I feel about traditions.
Those lights are gorgeous! One year, when the kids are older I want to go to the Christmas Devotional and see Temple Square lit up. Someday...
Oh my goodness, I never knew this existed in the 21 years we have lived here. I'm going to talk to Tom and see if we can all go next year-what a blast!
Thanks for this Brooke.
P.S. Torah is breathtaking.
P.S.S. Incremental Bliss is not actually me now (and only was briefly). Our web address is www.FamilyFriendlyLove.com
Hey I am so glad you went!! My Aunt and Uncle are the ones in charge of the light display and boy did they dedicate their lives to getting it ready!! Wasn't it amazing?! So cool!
