My kinda love!

I received a Valentine's Day package in the mail today and cringed.

**Newsflash: I don't DO holidays. I don't dress up on Halloween, I dread putting up a Christmas tree, and I don't put together Easter baskets for my kids.

So, wouldn't you know, I happened to pick The Holiday Diva for my best friend. I swear, Jessica will find any excuse to bake silly-shaped cookies or buy little gifts for her kids. I wish I could be more like her, but my poor kids will have to content themselves with the merciful attentions of their extended family (Thanks for the cards, Kyla!) and school holiday parties.

But when I opened up Jessica's Valentines package, I laughed out loud! She sent a whole bag of "Valentines from (and for) the emotionally challenged." Here's a sampling:

Plus, she sent a box of Corazones Dulces (Spanish candy hearts) for Adana. She labeled them "Adana's Spanish LOVE!"
