I nearly skipped Tuesdays with Torah this week, but my friend, Katie, called me from her vacation in California, begging for an update. So I'll post what I've got. Sorry, but it's been a busy week and I didn't take many pictures.

Nathan gave me an Ergo baby carrier for my birthday. It's really cool - the baby can ride in front or back. Torah fell asleep on my back the first time I tried it on. I ended up with a dripping wet back from her slobber, but at least I had my hands free to fold laundry and wash dishes. Lucky me. :-)

I am having some problems with breastfeeding (low milk supply - sorry if that grosses you out, Joe). So I've spent the past week sitting on my bathroom floor pumping every hour or so. Poor Torah has to hang out in her bouncy chair while I'm doing it. Sometimes she's fine with it. She really enjoys sucking on this cute little blankie that her aunt Kiahna made for her.

But sometimes she hates it and complains until I'm finished and can pick her up. She's a bit spoiled, this girl of mine. She thinks it's criminal to be set down. Ever.

See....you just posted and I am already commenting. See how I live for these updates? You look like a tiny teenager in that photo. Pig tails and jeans.
I am glad the ergo works for you. Sorry about the milk supply. Someone once told me that beer helps.
I always thought that was funny because....which is worse? No milk or getting them drunk?
Anyhow....ask Rhonda about that. She knows different herbs that help with milk supply.
xo Miss you guys!
I looked into the Ergo carrier a lot, but didn't get it. Looks like I may have missed out.
Look at those chubby legs! (Of course I mean Torah's! :)) She doesn't look malnourished to me! But I feel your pain on the low milk supply thing. I wimped out and supplemented from the start. I'm glad you've got the determination to keep with it.
