Super 2-Wheeler Girl

I finally got around to teaching Emma to ride without training wheels yesterday. The sun surprised us and came out for a few hours, so I quickly took off her training wheels and we headed over to the park. It's much easier to learn on grass, since it's not as scary to crash on. She picked it up right away and was soon peddling all around our neighborhood.

Since I didn't want a repeat of yesterday's post, I ran inside to get my camera. Here's the one-and-only shot that I got before the #%$! camera's batteries died. (Yeah, those would be the same batteries that I just replaced last week.)

Stay tuned for my next post, a dramatic video presentation entitled: 101 Ways to Torture and Ultimately Demolish a Stupid, Worthless Piece of Crap Camera.

It helps to turn the camera OFF when you're not using it.

Jim: Pttttttt!!! I DO turn the bloody thing off. But if it's not the batteries dying, then it's the shot is blurry, or the screen freezes. Grrrr....

Maybe I need to go back to a good 'ol 35mm point & shoot. I just wasn't meant to use electronics.

I hate our camera, too!! The dang thing takes 10 seconds to actually take the picture once you've pushed the button...by then, my kids have moved on! I can NEVER get the shot I was hoping for!
I look forward to your post...my camera is toast!! (hey, that rhymes!)
